Add a view of the Louvre and international newspapers. Mix in some top rate cocktails and the result is one great place to chill out in Paris.- 6 rue de L'Amiral de Coligny, 1e.</p> <p><span class="body2"><strong>Café Marly</strong> - Like sneaking into the palace after hours. A Lounge/restaurant open until 2 am in the Louvre courtyard. Reasonable wines and serves one of the best burgers around. Cour Napoleon; 93, rue de Rivoli, 1e. <hr /> <h2>Restaurants in the 3rd Arrondissement</h2> <p><strong>Le Pamphlet</strong> - This highly recommended restaurant is a great value for the quality of ingredients. And the food coming out of the kitchen is wonderful - 38 rue Debelleyme, 3e. </p> <p><strong>La Guirlande de Julie Restaurant</strong> – Take a moment to relax in this elegant tea salon in the arcade surrounding the Place des Voges ~ 25 Place des Vosges, 3e. </p> <hr /> <h2>Restaurants in the 4th Arrondissement</h2> <p><strong>Le Vieux Bistro</strong> - Like having a good family meal in the estate wine cellar. Delicious traditional French fare in a rustic setting by the Notre Dame on Île de la Cité - 14, rue du Cloitre, 4e. <p><strong>Café du Tresor</strong> - This warm, quirky place has comfortable leather armchairs, really fun dÈcor, and an excellent menu. - 7 Rue du Tresor, 4e.</p> <hr /> <h2>Restaurants in the 6th Arrondissement</h2> <p><strong>Fish </strong>- Solid Seafood menu with meat options as well.
